Case Management: Personalized guidance to connect you with resources and craft a plan for long-term success.
Housing Navigation: Professional assistance in locating and securing safe, permanent housing tailored to your needs.
Peer Support: House managers create a community of encouragement, helping clients feel supported and valued.
Employment Support: Opportunities for job placement and life skills training, both within our programs and through local partnerships.
SOAR Benefits Assistance: A hands-on approach to helping clients apply for and obtain SSI/SSDI benefits to establish financial stability.

Encourage Self-Sufficiency

True stability comes when individuals are equipped to manage their own paths forward. While we do not offer counseling services directly, we actively encourage clients to:

Engage with case managers to overcome challenges and access essential services.
Work alongside peer specialists to foster community and accountability.
Connect with community partners for mental health care, medication management, and treatment compliance.

By partnering with community organizations, we ensure that clients have the tools and relationships needed to build their confidence, self-sufficiency, and resilience.
